| 内容記述 | 母子保健法は， 1965 年に感染症対策と乳幼児死亡率の減少を目的に施行された。その後 30 年 を経て 1994 年に改正され，母子保健事業を担う市町村保健センターの役割は，地域における子育て 支援の中心的な役割を担うものへと変化してきた。 しかしながら，母子保健領域における心理職の役割は未だ確立しておらず，自らの専門性と子育て 支援への適応性について困難を感じるという声が少なからず聞かれる。 そこで，母子保健領域に関わる心理職の実態を理解し， この領域に心理職がし、かに貢献しうるのか を考えるために，全国調査を行った。 |

| 内容記述 | The Maternal and Child Health Law was established in 1965 as a measure of infection prevention in order to decrease the infant mortality rate. After 30 years it was amended in 1994，and community based public health centers， which are based on Maternal and Child Health Law，are positioned as the core organization for child-rearing support. However，the roles of professional psychologists in the area of Maternal and Child Health are not quite established yet. Some concerns are raised by professional psycholo gists who are involved in Maternal and Child Health Service. They are experiencing diffi culty in making good use of their professional expertise to carry out their roles required in the new framework of child -rearing support. This study examed the actual roles of professional psychologists at Maternal and Child health Service in order to discuss possible contribution they could make in this area. |
