After  30 years  it was amended in 1994，and  community based  public  health   centers， which  are  based  on  Maternal and Child Health  Law，are positioned  as the  core organization for  child-rearing support. \nHowever，the  roles  of  professional psychologists in  the  area  of  Maternal and  Child Health  are  not  quite  established yet.  Some concerns  are  raised  by professional  psycholo­ gists  who are  involved in Maternal and  Child Health  Service.
