| 内容記述 | 1990年に施行された改訂入管法は，日系南米人，とくに日系ブラジル人を中心とする新しい移 民現象をもたらした。彼らは集住し，エスニック・コミュニティーを構成する。そうした中で，地方 政府はどのような政策対応をするのであろうか。浜松地域における新しい移民現象とそれに起因する 諸問題対する政策対応について，垂直的協業と水平的協業という 2 つの側面から分析する。 | |||||||||
