| 内容記述 | 心理尺度の信頼性係数として Cron bach (1951) の α 係数がよく用いられる。α 係数は尺度の同 質性 (homogeneity) の十分な証明にはならない，項目の特殊因子聞に共分散が存在するとき歪めら れてしまうといった指摘がある。藤村 (2008)の EPCS の各尺度について， SEM による同質性と信 頼性の確認を行ったところ，生産性尺度以外は十分な同質性と信頼性が確認された。生産性尺度につ いては， 2 項目聞に特殊因子聞の共分散が想定されたため，この 2 項目の誤差問の共分散を想定する モデルにより再評価をおこなった。再評価された結果もほぼ満足できる同質性と信頼性が得られた。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | For estimating reliability of psychological scale，Cronbach'sαis most often used. It is pointed out that coefficientαis not necessarily proof of homogeneity of a scale，and if there is covariance between specific factors of items，coefficient αis biased. By applying structural equation modeling，this paper confirms that each scale of Erikson's Personality Component Scales (EPCS; Fujimura， 2008) has sufficient homogeneity and reliability respectively. | |||||||||
