| 内容記述 | 保育者をめざす者にとって，子どもをいかに理解するか「幼児理解」は重要な課題である。そ こで幼児理解への試みとして，幼稚園実習において，幼児一人を抽出し，言葉・行動を実習日誌に記 録する個人観察を課題設定した。本論文では，この個人観察を通して，幼児の成長と，実習生の幼児 理解の深まりを分析し，実習における個人観察の意義を明らかにする。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | How to understand a child namely “Good Grasping of Child" is a critical challenge for those who wants to be kindergarteners. Then，as an experiment on good understanding of child，choosing one child at the kindergarten where practical training was in place and a apprentice was given assignment of observing on the child whose talks and behavior to be recorded in training diary. In this paper，1 would define the idea of individual obser vation by analysising，the growth of child as well as enrichment of the apprentice under stands of child through above mentioned individual observation. | |||||||||||||
