| 内容記述 | 虚記憶（falsememory）とは、実際には起こっていないことを、あったこととして思い出すことである。こうした虚記憶に、加齢が及ぼす影響を検討した。本研究では、成人期（26歳～62歳）の実験参加者に川上（203） と同様の DRM パラダイムによる実験を行い、この遂行成績について、大学生（18歳～24歳）の実験参加者のデー タと比較を行った。その結果、呈示された単語の再生課題や再認課題について、成人の方が大学生よりもその遂行成績が低いことが示された。また呈示されていない連想中心語（CL語）に対する虚再生や虚再認は、成人の方が多いことが示された。一方で正再生における系列位置効果や、虚記憶に及ぼすリスト構造、リスト項目の効果などは、成人も大学生も変わらず認められた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | False memory is the phenomenon in which a person recalls a memory that did not actually occur. The topic of this article is the impact of aging on the emergence of false memory. In this study, the Deese-Roediger McDermott Paradigm（ DRM Paradigm ）, which was also used in experiments by Kawakami（2003）, was used with adult participants（26 year old to 62 year old）and university student participants（18 year old to 24 year old）. The results and performance of these two groups were then compared. The results showed that in the correct recall and recognition performance of the presented items, the uni- versity students performed higher than adult participants. Additionally, adult participants obtained a higher rate of false recall and recognition of related but non presented words（critical lure words）than university students. On the other hand, serial position effect and other effects of list structure on the emergence of false recall and recognition were observed in adult participants as well as in university students. |
