| 内容記述 | われわれは、2008年に1009名の男女(有効回答数750名)を対象に、「ジェンダーに関するアンケート」を実施した。本稿では、このアンケート調査結果を踏まえて、ドメスティック・バイオレンスの見聞、身体的虐待、性的虐待、ドメスティック・バイオレンス、セクシュアル・ハラスメントという5種の人権侵害被害の現状を分析する。第1に、それぞれの人権侵害被害ごとにその普及率や相談の有無などについて分析する。第2に、これらの5種の人権侵害被害を包括した全体についての総合的考察を行う。ここでは、人権侵害被害全体が性別、年齢などのデモグラフィックな要因とどのような関係にあるのか、また家庭の貧困や家庭・職場でのストレスとどのように関連しているかなどが検討される。人権侵害被害の総合的全体分析を試みた点に本稿の独自性が見出せるであろう。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | We did a survey about "gender" of 1,009 Men and Women in 2008(valid respondents; 750). In this paper we analyz the original states of five human rights abuses: Hearing and Watching of domestic violence, Physicl Child Abuse, Sexual Child Abuse, Domestic Violence and Sexual Harassment, accordingto the results of our survey. First, we analyz prevalence of each human rights abuse, whether victims have consulted with others about experience of each human rights abuse or not, and so on. Second, we do the synthetic analyses of the total which includes five human rights abuses. In this context we consider how the total relates to demographic factors such as sex and age, how the total relate to the poverty of families and the stresses in families and workplaces, and so on. The originality of our paper is mainly found in trying to do the synthetic analyses of the total of human rights abuses. | |||||||
