| 内容記述 | 本論文は保育者特性インベントリィ(藤村、2010)を構成する、愛他性、共感性、論理的思考性、気働き、社交性、行動力、および養育性の7つの尺度の妥当性を検証することである。本研究において5つのグループが用いられた。これらは、現役の保育士および幼稚園教諭、保育士・幼稚園教諭養成課程学生、施設職員、女子大学系学生、共学大学の女子学生である。グループの平均値間の有意差検定の結果、論理的思考性を除いて、各尺度の弁別可能性が確認された。構造方程式モデリングを用いて、これらの尺度がサンプルを越えて同質性・一次元性が保たれていることが確認された。さらに、構造方程式モデリングを適用して、養育性の多重構造モデルの妥当性が確証された。最後に、個人の保育者特性プロフィールを査定するためのコンピュータプグラムが開発された。論理的思考性は、個人の保育者特性プロフィールを査定するに際して、人格構造的に重要な特性であることが確認された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to confirm the validity of the seven nursery trait scales of altruism, empathy, logical thinking,responsiveness, sociability, power of action, nurturing that make up the Nursery Trait Inventory (Fujimura, 2010). Five sample groups were used in this study. These groups were nursery and kindergarten teachers, kindergarten and nursery school student majors, nursery home staff, female students in a women's university, and female students in a co-ed university. Testing significance of difference between the means of the five group of samples proved that these scales except the logical thinking scale could distinguish between these groups. It was confirmed by applying structural equation modeling that each scale had homogeneity and unidimensionality across samples respectively. Furthermore, by applying structural equation modeling, validity of the three factors structural model of nurturing behavior (Fujimura, 2010) is confirmed. Finally, a computer program to assess individual profiles of nursery traits was developed. It was confirmed that the logical thinking scale was important in personality structure for assessing an individual's nursery trait profile. | |||||||
