| 内容記述 | 心理学科の新入生を対象としたオリエンテーションにおいて、学生たちがそのような企画に何を期待し、何を得たと考えているかについて、学生の個人差の観点から検討を加えた。本研究において検討された個人差は、大学生活をスタートする際の大学内の交友関係に影響を及ぼすと想定された出身校(内部生 vs 外部生)と、大学生活をスタートする際の大学外の交友関係に影響を及ぼすと想定された居住形態(自宅生vs 下宿生)の2つであった。これらの要因とオリエンテーションに対する態度との関連を検討したところ、内部生よりも外部生で、大学で親しい交友関係を築いたり、自分の生活の場についての情報が得たりする機会をより積極的に、強く求めていること、またオリエンテーションを企画として充実したものであると考えていることなどが示された。また自宅生と下宿生といった個人差がオリエンテーションへの期待や評価あるいは学生生活の満足感に与える影響はあまり大きくなく、このことはオリエンテーションそのものがあくまで大学内での交友関係や適応といったものを射程にしていることによる結果であると解釈された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between students' alma mater high schools and residential pattern and their attitude to the fresher orientation event (FOE). With the questionnaire of the students' expectation to the FOE (E-scale), the gain they recognize to have got in their FOE experience (G-scale), and the satisfaction they feel in their university life (S-scale), the attitude to the FOE was measured. The individual differences; the alma mater high schools (University affiliated high school vs Other high school) which was assumed to affect the intramural friends and acquaintances at the time of starting university life, and residential pattern (Home students vs Lodging students) which was assumed to affect the friends and acquaintances outside the university at the time of starting university life were examined. The results showed that students from university affiliated high schools have less expectation on the opportunity to build intimate friends and acquaintances at the university, or for information about the university than students from other high schools. And they also have less feeling of fullness on the FOE as an event. The influence of the residential pattern on the attitude to FOE was rather weak, and this resultsuggests that students take FOE as the event which can build friends and acquaintances only in the university. | |||||||||||||
