| 内容記述 | 地震、大雨等、我が国を襲う自然災害は後を絶たない。また、東南海・南海地震は、今後30 年間に60％、50年間では80％の確率で来ると言われている。こんな状況の中、学校における防災教育は大丈夫なのだろうか。 本稿の目的は、具体的な防災学習の実践を分析し、その実践が「自分のこと」となっていることを明らかにし、今後の防災教育の一つの在り方を示すことにある。方法として、第一に、学校における防災教育の現状と課題を整理する。第二に、公立小学校の具体的な実践を分析する。第三に、その実践が「自分のこと」となっている要因を明らかにする。最後に、学校における今後の防災教育の在り方を考える。 |

| 内容記述 | Our country has been suffered from a number of natural disasters like earthquakes, heavy rainfall and flood. Besides, disasters of Tonankai and Nankai Earthquakes said to occur at the rate of 60％ for the next 30 years, 80％ for the next 50 years. In this situation, is the present disaster prevention learning at schools in Japan effective for learners? This paper proves that the practice of disaster prevention learning at schools is effective for learners to consider it as their own affairs. Also, it shows that this practice can be an aid for the next stage. At first, this paper reviews the situation and tasks of present disaster prevention education. Second, it analizes the concrete practice at public primary school. Third, it proves that the present practice of disaster prevention learning clarifies the learned factor as own affairs. Last, the author confirms what a disaster prevention education should be. |
