| 内容記述 | 本稿では、責任保険の経済社会的機能に着目しながら、中国の責任保険市場に焦点を当てた。ここでは、普遍 的な視点から責任保険の構造に着目し、その経済社会機能についての考察を通して、現代経済システムにおける責任 保険の必要性と重要性を再確認した。そのうえで、中国の責任保険市場の現状をサーベイし、市場の発展プロセスに おける特徴や問題点を明らかにした。分析結果として、中国の責任保険市場は市場規模が小さく、市場の寡占化状態 が深刻であること、地域性が強く、外資系保険会社の市場参入が東部沿岸地域に集中していること、法整備の遅れと 個人や企業の責任保険意識が依然低いことを明らかにした。最後に責任保険の普及に向けて、これらの諸問題への対 応改善策を検討した。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper, will look at the socioeconomic function of liability insurance, focus on the liability insurance marke（t L.I.M）in China. By paying attention to the structure of liability insurance from a general view point, through the consideration to its socioeconomic function, the necessity and importance of liability insurance in the present day economic system is recognized anew. The characteristics and problems of the L.I.M in the process of developing the L.I.M are revealed after the survey of its present condition in China. As a result of the analysis, it revealed the following. Although the scale of market is, as a whole, small and the oligopoly of the market is also severe, regional differences are so great that entry of insurance firms under foreign control into the market in China is concentrated in the eastern coastal area. As a result, the legislation by government, federal or municipal, goes behind and understanding of insurance by individual and business is very slow. At the end of the paper, in order to popularize liability insurance in China, some suggestions about above-mentioned problems are made. | |||||||
