| 内容記述 | 4年次に実施している幼稚園及び小学校の教育実習において、実習生たちが経験した様々な出来事の中から、「エピソード」と「教育的契機」を一つずつ選択し、それぞれについて記述する課題を出している。本研究では、実習生がそれぞれどのような出来事を「エピソード」と「教育的契機」として取り出しているかを分析し、実習においてこれらの課題に取り組む意義を明らかにした。さらに、4年次後期に行われる教職実践演習の授業において、オランダの教師教育者コルトハーヘンが中心となって開発したALCT モデルを用いて、グループワークによるリフレクションを行ったが、その際の素材として「エピソード記述」と「教育的契機」の記述を用いた。ALACT モデルの8つの問いを用いて、それぞれの記述をリフレクションすることで、学生達は当時の出来事の場に身を置き直し、子どもと自身の思考・感情・欲求・行動とに齟齬があったことに気づくことで、さらなる省察を深めることができた。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | Student teachers who did practical training in an elementary school or kindergarten at 4 th grade are to write about the ""Episode" which they got strong impression during the practicum. Additionally, they are assigned to finish the report about the ""pedagogical moment" which they came across at the practicum. In this research, I will analyze what kind of experiences are specified as the ""Episode" or the ""pedagogical moment", and would like to clarify the significance of these assignments at the instruction course of practice teaching. At the last semester of undergraduate course, the student teachers do the reflection on the experiences at the practice teaching using the ALACT Model in the Education practice seminar. They did group works and urged the reflection using 8 question each other. It may be possible to recognize that using these writings in this process is valuable in order to deepen the thoughtfulness about the meaning of children's thinking, feeling, desire and action. I will clarify this point by some specific examples. | |||||||
