| 内容記述 | 近年、芸術文化の持つ創造性を都市再生につなげようとする創造都市論への関心が高まり、そのコアというべき概念である「創造の場」への注目が集まっている。本稿の主題は、別府市におけるアートNPO BEPPU PROJECTを中心とする実践事例を詳述したうえで、拙稿(2009)による「創造の場」4類型にもとづいて実証的考察を加えることにある。これによって得られる結論は、この事例の創造的営為が「創造の場」に依拠しており、またその形成を意図した活動であること、4類型が「創造の場」の基本的な分析フレームとして有効であるとの証左が得られることである。さらに、創造的営為には空間の大きさや開放性など多様なあり方を示す「創造の場」とその連鎖が必要であり、「創造の場」の形成のためにはアートNPO と行政等のネットワーク構築が重要であることが示唆される。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, there has been growing interest in the concept of a creative city, in which the creativity of arts and culture is linked to urban development and regeneration. The creative milieu is the core concept of the creative city. The present paper details the cultural activities of arts NPO Beppu Project in Beppu City, Oita prefecture, and places the cultural activities into four categories within the framework of the creative milieu concept model of my previous paper(`A theoretical study on Creative Milieu', 2009). It is clear that the activities of the NPO Beppu Project are associated with the creative milieu. The four categories are found to provide an effective framework to analyze aspects of the creative milieu. To promote the various cultural activities and openness of space that are part of the creative milieu concept, collaboration among different partners creating the creative milieu is important. A network that connects governments and art NPOs is important for forming a creative milieu and creative cities. | |||||||
