| 内容記述 | 筆者たちは、1999年～2000年に関西圏に在住の女性を対象に無作為抽出法による性的被害の実態調査を実施した。この調査データの統計分析によって有意であることが確認された諸変数間の関係は次のようであった。(1)性的被害と5つのデモグラフィック原因(回答者の現在の年齢、現在の配偶者との同居状況、現在の母親との同居状況、回答者が育った地域、回答者の現在の雇用形態)との関係。(2)性的被害と心理的損傷(=客観的トラウマ変数)との関係。(3)性的被害の頻度、加害者のタイプ、被害継続期間と主観的トラウマ変数との関係。(4)性的被害とPTSD症状(=客観的トラウマ変数)との関係。(5)心理的損傷とPTSD症状との関係。(6)性的被害経験と「否定的」生活経験(=客観的トラウマ変数)との関係。(7)心理的損傷と「否定的」生活経験との関係。(8)PTSD症状と「否定的」生活経験との関係。以上の諸関係から性的被害のもたらす影響の流れを抽出すると、その影響の流れのメイン・ルートは、性的被害→心理的損傷→PTSD症状→「否定的」生活経験、と定式化できる。この連関から、PTSDの発症や「否定的」生活の発生を防止するためには、より前の段階での専門家等による治療的・福祉的介入が必要であることが示唆された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | We made a random sampling survey of sexual victimization on women in Kansai community in 1999-2000. The significant correlations among variables found by statistical analyses of the survey data are: (1)the correlation between sexual victimization and five demographic factors (respondents' present age, present living or not with their husband, present living or not with their mother, characters of areas where respondents have grown up, present employment conditions of respondents), (2)the correlation between sexual victimization and psychological toll (=objective trauma variable), (3)the correlation between the frequency of occurrence of sexual victimization or the types of perpetrator or the period of duration of sexual victimization and subjective trauma variable, (4)the correlation between sexual victimization and the symptoms of PTSD (=objective trauma variable), (5)the correlation between psychological toll and the symptoms of PTSD, (6)the correlation between sexual victimization and "negative" life experiences (=objective trauma variable), (7)the correlation between psychological toll and "negative" life experiences, and (8)the correlation between the symptoms of PTSD and "negative" life experiences. The main route flow of influence abstracted from the above correlations is: sexual victimization→psychological toll→symptoms of PTSD→"negative" life experiences. This influence relationship suggests that professionals' and the others' therapeutical and welfare interventions at preceding stages are necessary for the prevention of vicims' suffering from PTSD and their falling into "negative" life. | |||||||
