| 内容記述 | 心理学科の新入生を対象としたオリエンテーションにおいて、学生たちがそのような企画に何を期待し、何を得たと考えているかについて、個々の学生のpersonalityとの関連性から検討した。その結果、オリエンテーションを「楽しむ」企画として期待を寄せる側面と、オリエンテーションを対人関係等の端緒とすることに期待する側面が窺われ、特に後者の達成にはpersonalityの諸側面が様々に関与していることが示唆された。このことから、学生生活を基盤づけるような対人関係の充実を促すきっかけとして、オリエンテーションを企画することが重要と考えられた。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between students' personality trait and their attitude to the fresher orientation event (FOE). With the questionnaire of the students' expectation to the FOE (E-scale), the gain they recognize to have got in their FOE experience (G-scale), and the satisfaction they feel in their university life (S-scale), the attitude to the FOE was measured. And as the measure for the personality trait, the NPI scale (Yanai, Kashiwagi,& Kokusho, 1987) was used. The results showed that students expect FOE both the aspect of enjoying event and that of the starter for their friendship in their university life. And the results of the correlation analysis showed that some personality traits had influence on the performance on the latter aspect of FOE. The results let us plan the FOE as the suitable trigger for their relationship in university life. | |||||||||||||
