The study period was 12 months,\nand a dietary survey was conducted using various types of physical measurements, diabetes related indi- cators, flow mediated dilatation(FMD), and the brief type self administered diet history questionnaire\n(BDHQ).\nResults: Continuous individual nutritional guidance by a registered dietician incorporating “order for eating” resulted in significantly reduced body weight and HbA1c. In addition, the FMD value increased significantly in each group, indicating improved vascular endothelial function, but no significant difference was found between the two groups. There was no difference in nutrient intake according to the BDHQ responses.
