Therefore， we established a  new  program，called 2005，which aimed to support students by giving  advice and providing  suggestions. In the same  year，mentor support on practical training via email was set up in order  to respond to students' concerns  and  questions during the  training. This  report  will be examining the  activity of training kindergarten workers at PTR  for  four  years.
