It was expected that mothers with caring more than two children would guess their children's mind more than mothers with caring one child. Mothers were presented the Cognition Scale for Sign of Children's Mind (CS-SCM). The result showed that mother used the information of children's eyes, mouth, expression, walking and speaking.
