Die Professionalitaetskriterien, nach denen man die Curricula der Lehrer-Aus-, Fort-und Weiterbildung konstruieren und die einzelnen Lehrerinnen und Lehrer bei ihrer Arbeit beurteilen und beraten soll, sind immer noch unklar. Aber wir haben die Verantwortung fuer die Lehrerausbildung an Universitaeten. Deshalb muessen wir die einige fuer Lehrer erforderliche Faehigkeiten klar bestimmen. Werner Loch hat fuenf unerlaessliche Faehigkeiten des Lehrers, d. h. Darstellungs, Aktivierungs, Kontakts, Bestaerkungs-und Selbsterhaltungsfaehigkeit herausgearbeitet. Aber seit Herbart 1802 seine erste Vorlesung ueber Paedagogik an Goettingen-Uni. gehalten hat, wird Paedagogischer Takt fuer eine sehr wichtige Kompetenz des Lehrers gehalten. In dieser Abhandlung werden die Beziehungen zwischen Paedagogischem Takt und den fuenf wichtigen Faehigkeiten des Lehrers bei Loch ueberprueft.
