Eighttri-color combinations used for the experiment were chosen from the image scale for color scheme proposedby NDC (Nippon Color Design Lab.). It became clear that the explanation of the complicated judgement, such as the motive of entrance to astore, is very difficult by using single variable. It needs to be explained by the compound image of color orcolor combination. It was suggested that, the two dimensional, namely warm – cool and hard – soft,coordinate plane is useful for the explanation. The motive of entrance to a store is effected strongly by theimage of the color combination in order of the image of warm > cool – soft > hard.
